We live where we work, which changes how we work. The person whose front door we rekey today might be behind us in the grocery line tomorrow. That keeps us honest in the small ways that matter: showing up when we said, explaining what a job involves and why, admitting when a lock is fine and just needs a drop of lubricant. It also means we know the housing around here, the older doors and the new builds, the strip-mall back entrances and the cars that fill the commuter lots. Local knowledge is not a slogan for us. It is simply the result of years spent opening, fixing and fitting the doors around us.
